"Unfortunately, this resort wasn't worth what I paid. There was black mold in the shower, stains on the towels and bedding, loud construction on premises, and it took two hours and 3 phone calls to get a roll of TP sent to the room. We didn't swim in the pool or ocean but the pool and beach appeared to be well kept. The restaurant employees were the absolute best (hi Carlyle and Randy!). "I cannot say enough wonderful things about our week stay at Itz'ana Resort!! The property is truly exceptional and very well maintained.
