"We selected this property due to its low price with breakfast included. We were very surprised on arrival. The room was very clean, well laid out and easy to use. We selected poached eggs and bacon for breakfast and very surprised to be given two eggs and two large slices of bacon, this was significantly more than we expected. All in all a very enjoyable experience. "

"I booked a spa room which was quite a good sized room. The room was clean and modern. No complaints at all. The Barham Club is directly over the road which was quite convenient for dinner. "

"Have stayed here multiple time for work. It is always a great experience. Rooms are super large and clean. Great grounds and only 100 m walk to the connecting club. a couple of great restaurants based in Swan Hill deliver to your room and the breakfast is superb and best thing is room service starts from 6 am which is great so you can get on the road early. Overall I recommend this resort to anyone for business or especially if you’re an avid golfer."
