With breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean just beyond the private pool, you will find it hard to leave. Great for families or for groups of friends. Pura vida! \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Guests can cook in our spacious open kitchen while watching kids in the pool and listening to the sound of crashing waves on the beach below. There is a large dining space inside as well as a dining space outside where many bird species can be spotted in the trees and shrubs lining the property. The living space is equipped with a smart TV and sofa. There is a full bathroom off the living room. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and a fun loft, optimal for kids. The loft has a queen mattress on the floor. The bedroom has a en-suite bath room. The second bedroom also has king size bed as well as a twin bed and a private terrace overlooking the jungle behind the house where holler monkeys can be heard and spotted. The bedroom has a en-suite bath room. The construction and quality and layout of the home is wonderful. The view from uptop the mountain is exactly how it is shown. Stefanie the property manager was excellent providing information and lining up both our fishing excursion and our massause. Our masseuse was incredible. The trip up/down the mountain is interesting as are many of the roads in Santa Teresa and El carmen and you need a 4 wheel drive for sure. The online listing didn’t mention the ruggedness of the road getting to the property or the steepness of the driveway. I would recommend a 4 wheeler or buggy to get around. There were a couple of maintenance issues on the first night but the property manager was very responsive and quick to fix the issues.
