Each of the 3 spacious bedrooms has its own bathroom. The outdoor area is beautiful and has lots of seating space. The BBQ is brand new and works like a charm. The living area is fully equipped, it has a large and very comfy sofa with large TV, a gorgeous dining table for 10 and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The house is stunning! Its comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. It was more than enough room for my family of 5\. We enjoyed the pool, the shaded and sunny areas, and the views of the sunsets. The concierge, Josefina, was also amazing - very responsive, and so helpful in arranging adventures and providing recommendations. The drive up the hill is not for the faint of heart, but its no problem with a 4-wheel drive vehicle, and it becomes second-nature after a couple days. Santa Teresa is a gem, and this amazing house provided a great base camp for our relaxing and adventurous week! ##### Kevin G. The house is modern and clean. Josefina (property manager) met us upon check in to show us the property. Josefina was also quick to respond via text message the few times I had questions throughout the week. Watching the sunset from the pool deck is amazing. Lounging by the pool is very relaxing. The house is a short car or ATV ride to many stores and restaurants. I really enjoyed this house and will probably return to stay again in the future. ##### Jason B.
