What an exceptional home. All that you need and more beautiful in person! The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip- and as a nice alternative to the ocean which is only steps away. At night you hear monkeys in the trees above- while the nearly silent air conditioners keep you cool and comfortable. Richard arranged for cab service to the airport, helped coordinate the delivery of ATVs and was extraordinarily responsive to any request. (But there wasn’t anything lacking!). Hands down I would stay here again. It’s a little far from the heart of Santa Theresa, but with an atv it’s an easy commute. The location, home, management, etc. were all fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for more. Richard, the owner is super responsive and even arranged ATVs to be waiting for us upon arrival. This well-equipped home is situated beachfront on the northern end of the beach and feels like a perfect private peaceful retreat. We loved the Rocamar restaurant next door for the tasty food and drinks, convenience, friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere (do not worry, it is quiet, opens late and closes early). The beautiful reef out front is a great amenity, we enjoyed exploring it and even bathing in the bigger tide pools at low tide.
