We were here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and beautiful. Very close to the beach, good surfing, and shopping and restaurants. We also liked sitting on our balcony and watching monkeys and iguanas. The host was communicative, and the room had everything we needed. We'd love to come back.

Die Anlage des Apartments war sehr schön mit Pool und Stellplatz für PKW. Das Apartment selber ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Couch durchgesessen, Küchenutensilien veraltet und teilweise nicht richtig sauber. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in laufnähe. Die Kommunikation war bestens und zu vollster Zufriedenheit. Nachts hört man die Nachbarn von oben schon etwas.

Amazing, beautifully run property!

Extremely beautiful property. Our host was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Host provided excellent check-in instructions. The pool is very nice and the view of the sunset was beautiful. The condo is walking distance to: the beach, stores and restaurants. The property feels safe and secure and has secured onsite parking with a locked gate. I would recommend this property for couples/groups of 2 or singles visiting the Santa Teresa area. One thing to note: 3 of the condos are built into the hillside and there are a couple flights of stairs that one must climb in order to reach theses condo units. There is also housekeeping services that come and clean the units throughout the stay (I believe every other day).

Excelente opción para una pareja en Santa Teresa

La experiencia no pudo haber sido mejor. Los dueños estaban pendientes de nuestra llegada desde antes de que fuera el día para hacer check-in. El apartamento es moderno, limpio y decorado impecablemente. Todo es muy nuevo y hay una terraza pequeña para sentarse a ver el atardecer. El área de la piscina es deliciosa. El lugar es muy tranquilo y perfecto para los que no quieren estar cerca del escándalo del pueblo. Será nuestro lugar en todas las próximas visitas a Santa Teresa.
