The Shakespeare Inn
The rooms were clean and comfortable and belied the rather inauspicious entrance out the back of the pub. There were little touches (water, coffee/tea and biscuits) that made us feel welcome. The beds were very comfy.

We needed a spot near the train station to catch an early train in the morning. It is an easy 8 to 10 minute walk to the station. Only negatives where the bed wasn’t very comfortable for me personally and the pub customers outside the pub smoking and leaving where very loud, but fine after 11.30.
