👥 Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests TOTAL, including children, infants, and daytime visitors. All guests and visitors must be included in the reservation. The total occupancy may not exceed 14 people at any time.

Guest Access:
🌴 Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private pool, spa, and all outdoor amenities.

🏊 Pool & Spa Heating: Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance to ensure it’s ready for your arrival. Spa heating is included at no additional charge.

🔑 Check-In: Your private door access code will be provided approximately 30 minutes before check-in. If early check-in is approved, please contact us to receive your code earlier.

👶 Family-Friendly: Cribs, high chairs, and baby monitors are available upon request.

👥 Registered Guests: Only registered guests and approved visitors are permitted on the property.

📦 Mail & Deliveries: Guests do not have access to the mailbox. Please do not ship or mail packages to the property.

🔒 Maintenance Storage: Certain pantries, storage areas, and closets remain locked and are not accessible to guests.
