This is the home for you and your friends/family. Newly built pool and spa available for use! Our home is located in a beautiful community near restaurants/shopping close by. The home includes an attached two car garage, and space for 3 cars in the driveway for any guests that you may have. The farmhouse vibe makes you feel comfortable and right at home. The comfort of this home is unmatched in the desert. Great family space to relax and watch movies with your popcorn. The kitchen is fully updated with beautiful countertops & finishes. The space features quartz counter tops and an open-concept layout, tasteful furnishings and décor. Have a glass of wine while enjoying Netflix on the comfortable sofa with the large flat screen tv. This is an impeccably clean and truly entertaining property. Also there is a FULLY stocked kitchen with every cooking essential. This home features a larger Master suite with a large private bathroom. The 2 guest rooms are simple but cozy. They have a shared bathroom and with one featuring a queen size bed, and the other a full. Large open kitchen with everything you need. Big couch with a large TV for family movie night. Host was notified and brought along w/ tp, lighter for firepit.- Propane tank was empty for bbq. New one brought over.- Garage door worked on and off.- Blinds were missing draw strings and rods.ALL the items listed as negatives were brought to the host attention, and compensation was given for our inconveniences.
