Just 10 minutes from La Quinta Old Town, this 10-acre equestrian compound is nothing short of immaculate. The property comprises three homes, including the main house with 4 ensuite bedrooms and lofty living spaces. You’ll find an eclectic interior design that blends modern, oriental, and Mediterranean styles. Open-air rooms take you from your bed to the saltwater pool and provide incredible indoor/outdoor living. All elements of the property are impressive, particularly the 5-hole pitch and putt golf course, and private lake with a dock for kayaking and paddle boating. Located 100 miles east of Los Angeles, Coachella Valley is an oasis in the desert of Southern California. Surrounded by picturesque mountains, an abundance of golf courses, shopping, dining, and year-round sunshine, it’s the perfect retreat for visitors looking to enjoy the outdoors and the arts. For larger events, an additional security deposit will be required. \-The landscaper/gardener resides onsite and works Monday through Friday, beginning in the morning. \-Wi‑Fi is accessible in all the homes but signal may be limited in some outdoor areas across the 10-acre property. \-Swimming is not permitted in the lake. \-Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. QUIET HOURS: Please respect our neighbors and abide by our quiet hours, enforced from 9pm - 8am. Noise must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. PROPERTY INSPECTION: An inspection of the vacation rental property will take place 24 hours in advance of your arrival. If there are any concerns with the property, please notify Luxury Estates immediately to ensure that such issues may be remedied in a timely manner. Upon any violation of Luxury Estates rules or noise/neighbor complaints, we reserve the right to enter the Property to inspect at any time during your stay. NO REPLACEMENT PROPERTY GUARANTEE: While every reasonable attempt will be made to accommodate you, if the vacation rental property selected by you does not meet your approval, Luxury Estates cannot guarantee that another vacation property will be made available to move you once you have reserved a specific vacation rental property. NO HOLD OVER POLICY: You are not permitted to stay beyond your reservation dates without Luxury Estates approval. If you remain on the vacation rental property beyond the time and date of check-out, you agree and consent to be removed and locked out of the vacation rental property by Luxury Estates, its representatives, and/or law enforcement. You further consent to permit Luxury Estates to remove your personal belongings to a location of the Managers choice, where you may retrieve them. HOST CANCELLATION POLICY.
