Welcome to Villa Diego, a private four-bedroom vacation home in Coachella, California, with 2.5 bathrooms and sleeping accommodations for 12+ guests. Enjoy your own swimming pool and six-person spa, an arcade bedroom, a movie bedroom, a separate living room, and outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing together.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a getaway with friends, a golf trip, or a festival weekend, Villa Diego gives your group plenty to enjoy throughout your stay.

FOUR BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Villa Diego sleeps 12+ guests using a combination of shared beds, full-size sleeping surfaces, bunk beds, and a futon. Please review the bedroom descriptions and photos when planning sleeping arrangements.

• Primary bedroom: One king bed, fireplace, Smart TV, full closet, and a private ensuite full bathroom with a shower and toilet with bidet function.

• Queen bedroom: One queen bed and a full closet.

• Movie bedroom: Two full-size couch sleeping surfaces, a large Smart TV, a door for privacy, and air conditioning.

• Arcade bedroom: Three full-size bunk beds, one futon, four arcade machines, a Smart TV, board games, closet space, a door for privacy, and air conditioning.

The movie and arcade bedrooms also function as entertainment spaces. Your group can organize movies and games around the sleeping needs of the guests staying in these rooms.

TWO FULL BATHROOMS & ONE HALF BATHROOM

The home has 2.5 bathrooms:

• Primary ensuite: A full bathroom with a shower and toilet with bidet function.
• Shared full bathroom: A shower and toilet with bidet function.
• Half bathroom: A toilet and sink, with no shower or bathtub.

Bathing facilities are available in the two full bathrooms. Bath towels and toiletries are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap.

PRIVATE POOL & SIX-PERSON SPA

Spend the afternoon swimming, relaxing on a lounger, or enjoying a soak in your private spa. The pool and spa are reserved exclusively for your group.

• Pool depth: Approximately 5 feet.
• Heated pool temperature: Approximately 87°F.
• Spa capacity: Up to 6 people at a time.
• Heated spa temperature: Approximately 102°F.

Pool and spa heating are included in your stay and available upon request. Please contact our team before you plan to use them so heating can be arranged. Heating times and water temperatures may vary with weather conditions.

OUTDOOR DINING, BBQ & FIRE PIT

The backyard offers places to enjoy breakfast outside, lunch between swims, and relaxed evenings together.

Outdoor amenities include:

• Propane BBQ, with propane supplied.
• Outdoor dining for 6.
• Patio and lounge seating.
• Poolside loungers.
• Fire pit with seating, with propane supplied.
• Putting area for casual practice.

Prepare dinner on the grill, enjoy a little putting practice, and gather around the fire pit as the evening cools.

ARCADES, MOVIES & GAMES

The arcade bedroom features four arcade machines: two cocktail-table arcades and two standing machines. A Smart TV and board games add more options for entertainment.

Challenge someone to foosball or table tennis, choose a movie on the large Smart TV in the movie bedroom, or relax in the separate living room by the fireplace.

With several gathering spaces, your group can enjoy different activities throughout the day.

KITCHEN & COOKING

The modern kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay. It includes:

• Refrigerator and freezer.
• Stove and oven.
• Microwave.
• Dishwasher.
• Toaster.
• Cookware and cooking utensils.
• Plates, bowls, flatware, and drinking glasses.

Prepare breakfast before heading out, keep snacks ready for pool days, or bring everyone together over a home-cooked dinner.

Your morning routine is covered with:

• One drip coffee maker, with ground coffee and filters provided.
• One Keurig coffee maker, with coffee pods provided.
• One kettle for heating water for tea or instant coffee.

INDOOR & OUTDOOR DINING

The dining table seats 6, and the kitchen island seats another 6, providing indoor dining seats for 12 across two separate seating areas.

The outdoor dining area seats 6.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN

Children and infants are welcome. A Pack ’n Play is available for families traveling with little ones.

For a crib or additional infant and toddler equipment, guests can arrange rentals directly with BabyQuip.

Families can enjoy the pool, arcade games, board games, movies, foosball, table tennis, and outdoor spaces. Please review the bedroom arrangements to choose the sleeping setup that works best for your family.

WI-FI, AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

Fast Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and heating are available. Both the movie bedroom and arcade bedroom have doors and air conditioning.

There is no dedicated desk or workspace.

LAUNDRY & EVERYDAY COMFORTS

Guests have access to a washer and dryer in the home’s laundry room. Bed linens, bath towels, blankets, and laundry detergent are provided.

Fireplaces in the living room and primary bedroom offer inviting places to unwind.

PARKING

The driveway accommodates 2 cars. Additional free street parking is available, subject to space availability.

LOCATION

Villa Diego is in the city of Coachella, California, within the Coachella Valley.

The home offers a base for exploring the valley’s restaurants, shopping, golf, festivals, and desert attractions. Enjoy a day out, then return for a swim, a shared meal, or an evening with your group.

PRIVATE ACCESS & HOST SUPPORT

Your reservation includes private use of Villa Diego and its guest amenities, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining spaces, movie and arcade rooms, laundry facilities, pool, spa, and outdoor gathering areas.

These amenities are not shared with other vacation-rental guests.

HAPPY GUEST REGISTRATION

Guests are required to complete Happy Guest registration before arrival. We’ll send you a registration link before your stay.

Happy Guest also provides your arrival information, house rules, and digital house manual. Please complete registration and review these details before check-in to help ensure a smooth arrival.

IMPORTANT STAY DETAILS

• Check-in: 4:00 PM.
• Checkout: 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late checkout depend on availability and require advance approval.
• Pets are welcome upon request and prior approval. A $100 pet cleaning fee applies per pet, per stay. Please disclose pets when booking.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors when enjoying the outdoor spaces.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
• Your reservation must accurately reflect your group. Unauthorized guests are subject to the disclosed $150 per-person, per-night charge.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance, side of the property, and backyard. The backyard camera faces the sliding-door entrance to the home.

There are no cameras inside the home.
