The floors were filthy, and we found chips on the couch upon arrival. Even more frustrating, the refrigerator was full of the owner’s personal items, leaving barely any space for our food and beverages.There were no paper towels, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the AC was locked at 77 degrees with no way to adjust it, which made sleeping uncomfortable.To top it off, the listing stated that the reservation was fully refundable up to two months before check-in, which was a big factor in our decision to book. However, after booking, the host claimed they changed their cancellation policy and that the reservation was locked in immediately. This felt misleading and unfair.Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not at all what we expected based on the listing. I would strongly caution others before booking this property without thoroughly verifying the details with the host ahead of time. ##### Brenden G.
