    This home is setup with a smartlock. You will receive a code to use for the duration of your stay.

    -features a stunning, professionally decorated 5 bedroom/3 bath home with Sonos sound system throughout.

    -The fully stocked chefs kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals and entertain guests. Dine in or out with ample seating in both areas.

    -Every room features flatscreen.

    -The comfortable, and elegantly designed living room is the perfect place to relax with large flatscreen TV, and board games.

    -The entire house is well equipped for your comfort and enjoyment.

    OUTSIDE
    -Large resort style salt water pool and spa.

    -Built-in grill and mini fridge

    -Baja pool shelf with in pool chairs or lounge on the pool deck in the chaise lounge chairs

    -Artificial grass area with a ping pong table and putting green.

    -Outdoor TV, perfect for watching movies or the game from the spa.

    Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

    While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

    The pool can be heated for your stay for an additional $75 per night.
    Pets are allowed: There is a $100 Pet fee (contact host for multiple pets)

Didn't meet expectations

Communication before and during our stay was challenging and slow to respond with the information requested. We were sent two different access codes for entry and had some trouble getting in. We paid for the heated pool and hot tub which only worked the first of 3 nights and was never resolved. And the one day it did work, the temperature was not quite hot enough. My request for a refund has not gotten a response. The hot water in the home was also insufficient. It only took one person's 5minute shower to deplete the supply, not great for the other 4 guests that had to take cold showers. It seemed to get worse / colder with each passing day. Some of the surfaces - counter and tabletops were not very clean and the was trash left from the last guests.
