Across the street from a beautiful and spacious park that has a swimming pool, soccer fields, basketball and pickleball courts, as well as multiple baseball fields. This is a small, but cozy, 3 bed 1 bath home with enough yard and driveway space for the whole family. Home amenities include but are not limited to, a gas barbecue grill, washer and dryer, wifi internet and a reclining sofa, to relax after a long day. A mere few minutes walk to a wonderful downtown area that has authentic mexican bread and the most delicious cafe right next door.
