Disappointing Stay and Very Poor Customer Service I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was poor from the moment we arrived. Upon arrival, I mentioned that I had requested a room with a nice view. The staff told me I would have to pay an additional $240 because I booked through Hotels.com. They said that if I had booked directly through their website, they would have provided the room. What made this even more frustrating was that the room was available, but they refused to provide it without the additional charge. We were also not informed that parking would cost extra. The staff simply gave us a barcode for parking without mentioning any additional charges. When I asked about it, they told me to check my booking confirmation, but there was no information about parking charges in the confirmation. There was no shampoo in the room, and the room telephone was not working. I had to call the front desk using my personal phone, but no one answered. When I called again, they promised to bring shampoo, but nobody showed up. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk myself to ask for it. Even then, the staff seemed reluctant to give it to me and insisted they would deliver it to my room. I explained that I could not wait any longer. On the morning of checkout, someone kept knocking on our door approximately every 10 minutes, asking when we were leaving. This was extremely frustrating and made us feel rushed and unwelcome.

Excellent overall

the location is good and the place is spacious but the problem is, there is absolutely no place to put your clothes. the 2 bedrooms are seperated by curtains, kind of like a hospital room and there are no dressers, or any places what so over to put clothes in/on, not in even a hook on the wall. So if your OK with living out of your suit case, which will be on the floor in the living area, because there is no other place to put it, and there is no closet space, you'll be fine.
