Welcome to Rilassare, a modern riverfront escape in Northern Alexander Valley where vineyards meet the Russian River. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers resort-style amenities and a private setting ideal for memorable vacations, weekend getaways, and extended stays. Enjoy direct river access from your private dock, a spacious back deck, hot tub, fire pit, bocce court, and BBQ—all surrounded by stunning natural beauty.  
  
Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows fill the home with light and frame peaceful river and vineyard views. The open living area flows easily to the expansive deck, perfect for lounging, dining, and taking in the scenery. The modern kitchen features a gas range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, extensive counter space, and a complete set of cookware and dishware—making meal prep effortless. The dining area seats eight comfortably.  
  
Two guest bedrooms with queen beds share a full bath on the main level, while the upstairs features a workspace landing and the ensuite primary bedroom with walk-in shower.  
  
Outdoors, Rilassare feels like your own private resort. Spend carefree days on the river (at your own risk), relax on the dock, enjoy wildlife sightings, or stargaze from the hot tub under Wine Country’s clear night skies. Bocce ball, games, grilling, and peaceful afternoons by the water create unforgettable moments for families and friends.

#### A great place to relax

We loved this house! We had intentionally chosen to be outside of town and have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The house is well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The proximity to the river was a highlight. I highly recommend it!
