Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which ...

Haslem Hotel
Clean rooms. Check in was poor. When we arrived, no one at reception and staff at bar ingored us. Rooms weren't sound proof, we could hear music from the bar. The live music went on until late, 11pm.
