What a beautiful hotel and grounds. Although it’s in the countryside we enjoyed walking the grounds very much. The people were great. We enjoyed a fine dinner in their bar/restaurant.

The Minella is a lovely spot on the river. We had a very nice, large room on the second floor, which was very comfortable. It's a great place.

We did enjoy our stay. It’s in a lovely location and the hotel was spotless. Rooms are a good size, comfy beds and great shower. Breakfast was really lovely. The main dining room for dinner could do with a major update, lighting is very harsh and it was a bit dated. Other than that it’s a lovely place

A hotel well worth a visit

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent and very friendly service. Nice view out to the garden and river. Bed wasn't the comfiest but everything else was great. We had a lovely relaxing break away. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and treatments in the leisure centre.

Very comfortable and enjoyable. Didn’t get to eat in the dining room as was taken over by a funeral reception. Unfortunately the weather was against us which made it uncomfortable to get to the leisure centre, a separate building without linked covered path.

Beautiful location and property. Our room was like a suite, huge in size! It had a lovely bathroom qhich had a steam shower, unfortunately the steamer wasn't working byt the shower was still fabulous. Most staff were really lovely, one man who seemed to be a manager was a bit blunt when at reception that night.

Loved the hotel--mad at Hotels.com

This hotel is absolutely lovely, and the grounds are picturesque. They have a beautiful activity center that features a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and there's even a gym. It was all very nice; however, it almost didn't happen for us because YOU GUYS didn't pass our reservation along to them and when we got there with our paperwork in hand, they didn't have a reservation for us in their system. They scrambled and got us a room--saved the day for us--but Hotels.com dropped the ball and almost cost us this opportunity.
