  • Located in the heart of nature in Berry, on the Loire Valley Châteaux Route, on the edge of the Brenne region, a region of a thousand ponds, home to a nature reserve with multiple bird species. 15 minutes from Azay-le-Ferron and the Haute Touche animal reserve, where you can discover a wide range of wild animals roaming freely, and 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo (Saint-Aignan), this country house boasts 1,000 m² of enclosed land and a small private pond.

    Shops are 2 km from the cottage: bakery, grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, and café. A hypermarket is 6 km away. Single-story house: living room/lounge - fitted kitchen - 3 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) - 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed) - 2 shower rooms - 2 toilets - utility room - small lounge (table football and children's games, sofa bed).
