New cottage that can be your "home away from home" while on PEI! This new build sits perched on Sunset Lane in the picturesque countryside of Clinton over-looking the Sou'west River. The cottage has an ICF foundation with 4' frost walls, helping to keep things cozy. Once inside, you'll find a clean and bright layout with white trim finishings and wood-beam accented ceilings. All new appliances in the kitchen round out the modern yet comforting feel of the open concept living area. Each of the three bedrooms has a large closet, with the master having a double closet and ensuite access to the full bath. The other full bath has a new washer and dryer side-by-side. Just off the kitchen, you will find a large coat closet by the side door entry. Queen beds in the master and 2nd bedrooms with a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom with double and single mattresses. Views of the river from the front and side decks will have you loving life. 3 Tv's with internet (No Cable), Xbox One with games for the kids. You are just five minutes to championship golf courses, two minutes to Clinton Hills. The inside is quaint, clean and comfortable and the deck was lovely to have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and relax. We enjoyed our stay so much!
