There are many walking routes in the area which offer fabulous scenic views at every turn, including the Connemara Greenway which can be accessed just 1km from the property, Derrigimlagh Loop walk, and the various walking trails throughout Connemara National Park. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, hiking, cycling, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more. The kitchen, living room, main bathroom, utility room, and three bedrooms are on the ground floor level. Upstairs is a reading area and an additional bathroom. The kitchen includes the dining area with large dining table and dining seating for six persons. The kitchen equipment includes electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The adjoining utility room houses a microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room includes comfortable modern furniture, open fire, and multi-channel smart TV, and offers views of the surrounding countryside, boglands and Errisbeg hill in the distance. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king size bed and offers views to the front of the property. The second bedroom is a double bedroom, and the third bedroom is a twin bedroom. All bedrooms are well furnished with wardrobes, lockers, and lamps, and all have wooden floors. There is ample storage available for all your belongings. The main bathroom is spacious, tiled, and includes bath, and electric shower over bath, WC & sink. From the front hall, a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor level, which offers a reading or relaxation area, and an additional bathroom with electric shower, WC and sink. The property is heated throughout by an oil heating system. Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating, electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Smoking is not allowed. Sorry, no pets. Cot and highchair available by request. Outdoor furniture is available for the warmer months. Parking is available for two cars. Short breaks are available.
