Beautifully refurbished one-bedroom apartment located in this small development in the heart of Clifden Town. This apartment is perfect for couples looking to get away from it all. Gourmet restaurants, lovely coffee shops, boutiques, art galleries, clothes shops, and lively pubs with traditional and modern music are all on your doorstep.  
  
There is a security-coded system to enter the building with a video intercom. The apartment is serviced by a lift and an underground car park.  
  
This bright and airy apartment has an open-plan reception room with a dining area/ kitchen and a door leading to a small balcony area with seating for two people.

#### OUTSTANDING

Outstanding apartment, Great for a single person like me or a couple with the option of cooking your own meals(well stocked kitchen supplies) as an option to eating out everyday. Great location as well, easy walk to local shops and pubs and right above the bank with an ATM right outside the door on the 1st level. Secure parking facility so no problem looking for a parking spot. This is my 2nd stay at this location, last year it was 1 level below. Place in a safety mat in the shower as I bought another one and rolled it up and \[laced in the closet for someone else to use, floor a bit slippery when stepping out of the tub/shower. Ladies will see you next year. Thanks
