Lakeshore House is a remodeled lakefront home on Lake Susan, part of the Clermont Chain of Lakes.

Bring your boat: there's a private dock with a boat lift. Out back are a new paver deck with a built-in fire pit, a 6-person Hot Springs hot tub and cornhole.

Inside are 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a gourmet kitchen and a Game Room with a pool table, darts, a 65-inch smart TV and Golden Tee Pro Edition arcade golf. Downtown Clermont is about 10 minutes away. Up to 10 guests.

Check-in is self-service. Your door code and arrival instructions are sent through the booking app on the morning of check-in, and no in-person meeting is needed. A landscaping service visits once a week. Our local team is available whenever you need anything, and your guest guides list the local contacts.


Lakeshore House is in Lake Susan Homesites, a quiet, established waterfront neighborhood on the Clermont Chain of Lakes. The street has mature trees and custom homes on spacious lots, many with their own docks, and many neighbors live here full-time with young families. Downtown Clermont's Waterfront Park, restaurants and shops are about 10 minutes away, and the Orlando-area theme parks are roughly 30 to 40 minutes by car.

Guests have the entire home to themselves: both levels, the Game Room, the backyard with its paver deck, fire pit and hot tub, and the private dock with its boat lift. The only exception is the owner's closet, which stays locked. Please enter through the blue front door at the center of the house, to the right of the garage door.

A car is recommended, as the home is not within walking distance of shops. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 35 to 38 miles away, roughly 40 to 55 minutes by car on toll roads (SunPass or Toll-By-Plate). Taxis, car services and Uber are available in Clermont. There is free parking on site in the half-circle driveway; please park on the concrete, not on the grass.

-Florida lakes are home to wildlife, including snakes and alligators. Please be careful on the dock and near the water, supervise children at all times, and never feed wildlife.
-If you bring a boat, you can launch at the Hull Road boat ramp or the downtown Clermont boat ramp. Please check each ramp's fees, hours and rules before you go.
-The home is on a septic system. Please flush only toilet paper, and keep grease and food scraps out of the drains.
-Mid-stay cleanings can be arranged in advance for an additional cost.
-Trash pickup is on Wednesdays.
-When you leave, please set the AC to 78°F.
