One or the other - at an additional cost) Beautiful and recently renovated Villa located in the main division of the famous Swiss Ski School. This three bedroom / three bathroom villa is just a few minutes walking distance from the man made waterski lakes and the golf course. Its location makes it one of the most rented units of the development. Located in a vast and well maintained park next to the start of Tee #2 and in front of Lake Stephanie, Lot 28 offers you the best of both worlds: a beautiful view of both ski lakes and Flag #2\. This villa is also equipped with a screened in patio, infinity pool. Every evening, from the chaise lounge by the pool or on the deck by the lake shore, you will enjoy an incredible sunset over Flag #2 and the lakes! Propane BBQ rental - at an extra cost. RENTAL OPTIONS: The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both).
