The master bedroom was large enough for the 3 year olds to sleep in their blow up beds with their parents. One room had two twins and another a queen and a small bed we didn't use. It didn't have rails so it would be good for an older child. There is an orange tree in the back yard that the girls were excited to see. The great room is nice an spacious and open to the kitchen. Everything was clean. The TV only has very basic cable but a nice feature is that you can stream directly from your phone to the TV making Netflix or ESPN very easy to watch, no cables needed. Wifi worked well. The only detraction was the couple large dogs they have in a fenced in area in front of the house. They didn't bark much but every so often they would get excited and bark at night and it was loud enough to wake me in the front bedroom. The back bedrooms were a bit quieter. Overall we were very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and ready for us. We received our deposit back promptly. Mount Dora is about 20 minutes away and a nice place to eat and shop.
