Les commerces sont proches. Il y a des parkings à proximité. L’escalier en colimaçon est très étroit et peu pratique pour des personnes âgées. L’absence de porte aux chambres brise l’intimité, mais ça peut passer pour un séjour court. En revanche, il est regrettable que plusieurs points laissent à désirer : propreté moyenne à notre arrivée, notamment la cuisine et le réfrigérateur, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine en état très moyen (gîte pour 6 avec seulement 5 verres à eau et un gobelet en plastique, quelques assiettes et tasses ébréchées, par exemple), serviettes de toilette propres mais ayant vécu, avec des bords déchirés, literie à l’étage en mauvais état avec un petit lit qui menace de se briser et qui grince au moindre mouvement, aspirateur qui dégage une odeur nauséabonde, pommeau de douche à changer,… Si tous ces équipements étaient en bon état, ça permettrait de se sentir bien (ce qui n’a pas été notre cas) dans ce gîte qui a du potentiel et qui est rare au centre de Clermont Ferrand.
