Le Brise-Lames, guardian of the grounds, as a lookout toward the sea, watching forever the shores with its guard house nestled within the granite.
This Villa, facing the clipping waves splashing in a billion shimmering dancing bubbles, braving the surf and the spray, laid down on the dune at the juncture between the small Ker Pors Striz beach and the magnificent Amiets beach, welcomes up to 8 guests. The house boasts a large combined living and dining room facing the sea. It includes four bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a three-quarter bathroom all facing the sea; there are also 2 washrooms and an exterior shower. The garden and deck are organized around the sea, steps away from the beach through a private pathway.

Perfect house in a beautiful location and v helpful hosts

The property is exactly like on the photos. The house is very well equipped and beautiful; the surroundings and views are stunning, with an all-but-private beach right behind the fence. We stayed in the house during the biggest storm of the decade. The owner and the renting agency (Louis, Maria) were extremely helpful - Louis gave us access to his own house so that we could get what we needed, with shops and roads closed in the entire region. Overall (and despite the storm) a wonderful experience - we warmly recommend the house and thank again the Louis and Maria for their help!!

Wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Wir haben die Zeit in dem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Einziger Nachteil, es gibt keine Bäckerei und keine Geschäfte in der Nähe und ist auf das Auto angewiesen. Ansonsten alles top.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Wat tips voor de verhuurder en vrbo; 1. de tuinmeubelen zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Tuinstoelen worden door touwtjes bij elkaar gehouden en de parasol was bij aankomst al defect. Toen die het uiteindelijk helemaal begaf probeerde de verhuurder het nog op de huurder te verhalen wat ik niet gepast vind. 2. De tuin/terrein verlichting deed het niet en veroorzaakte iedere keer bij aanzetten kortsluiting dus die hebben we niet kunnen gebruiken.

Un authentique coin de Paradis

Environnement exceptionnel pour le Brise Lame. Une vue extraordinaire au sein d’une maison bien agencée et aux belles finitions. une ou deux ouvertures supplémentaires dans la végétation environnante permettraient de sublimer les vues sur le paysage maritime. Magnifique maison et vue splendide

Maison très spacieuse, chaque pièce possède une vue mer, le jardin est très agréable, la plage est au pied du jardin. L'accueil de Maria a été très chaleureux. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Une maison d’excellence

Assurément l’une des maisons les plus belles du front de mer sur le Finistère. L’emplacement est magique. L’intérieur est également d’un très haut niveau. Tout est haut de gamme: prestations, agencement, confort. Et dans toutes les pièces. L’accueil d’entrée était parfait, idem à la sortie. Et les ballades du sentier côtier partent depuis la maison. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement.

Séjour sur la côte des sables

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de la très belle propriété qu'est le Brise-Lames situé sur la côte nord du Finistère. Sur son promontoire la maison est vraiment tournée vers la mer, en harmonie avec icelle. Magnifique vue, exposée aux embruns les jours de gros temps... D'un point de vue plus pragmatique c'est un sans faute quant à l'équipement qui est de grande qualité. Superbe !

Sehr schöner Ort!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, tolles Wetter, trotz starkem Wind konnte man herrlich am windgeschützten Strand liegen, die Kinder konnten toll spielen und klettern. Die Umgebung bietet schöne Ausflugsziele und sogar zwei Seehunde haben uns am Strand besucht! Super Urlaub! Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Hausverwaltung!

Ein traumhaftes Fleckchen im Le Brise-Lames

Ein wundervolles großes und helles Haus, welches seinen bretonischen Charme bewahren konnte und diesen mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten kombiniert. Das Grundstück ist großzügig. Der Blick auf das Meer und der private Zugang zum Meer sind fantastisch. Das Haus ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren nach Roscoff und ins Inland, zum Beispiel zum Château Kerjean sowie Spaziergänge am Strand Les Amiets. Auf den Märkten und bei kleinen lokalen Händlern gibt es frische Austern, Muscheln, Artischocken und vieles mehr - perfekt zu genießen mit Cidre auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Superbe location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Prestations hauts de gamme, excellent contact avec Louis et excellent accueil de Maria. La maison a été entièrement rénovée et la vue est SUPERBE avec accès direct à la plage. Nous avons pu profiter d’un paysage époustouflant avec des coefficients de marée de plus de 90, et la mer se fracassant sur les rochers. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location.

Eine ganz wunderbare Villa, alles ganz neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich, eine große Sofalandschaft, voll ausgestattete Küche, Blick aufs Meer, große Fenster zum Meer hin, auch bei trübem Wetter ist das Haus hell, eigener direkter Zugang zum Meer, barfuß und ab ins Meer, eine Terrasse mit einladenden Möbeln, warme Außendusche, Feuerstelle, 2 SUPs und zwei Bodybords, eine neue Waschmaschine und Trockner, sehr netter Ansprechpartner in der Agentur und sehr nette Dame, die sich um das Haus kümmert. Rundrum ein gelungener Urlaub!
