Clean room but lotion near sink empty and body wash low .. in shower 🚿 would like to see more than two washers as in the am like a clean washer four should be on towel rack … also took awhile for the fridge to get cool … room 413 … Tebbatt’s

The room was clean, and we loved the apartment style room. The hotel was quiet which was very appreciated. The room came with a Roku tv with several streaming apps available to sign into. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The only issues we had was the parking garage was somewhat difficult to find because the sign listing Placemakr is only on one side of the sign. The way we turned in, you couldn’t see it until you had passed it. I also wish that parking was included in hotel stay price. While we got the discounted rate for parking, it still was expensive to park for 4 days. There are also a lot of homeless people in the area, and it seemed a little sketchy walking around at night. Overall, the hotel was nice enough and we would stay again if we find ourselves in Phoenix. We were able to walk to many bars, restaurants, and to Chase field for a Diamondbacks game.

Beautiful hotel but restaurant and rooftop bar were understaffed and every chair at the pool was reserved with no one in the seats till later in the day with no seats available for others. Very disappointing

I was looking for a high-rise urban setting, and this property did not disappoint. It was clean, well-stocked (dishes, etc), had my favorite--floor-to-ceiling windows--and even a glass-top desk right by the window so I could gaze out at the view while writing my book. Everything needed is within walking distance.

Stayed here for the Breakaway Arizona Festival. The room was clean and the location was convenient to access local restaurants. I thought there was supposed to be a shuttle nearby this hotel to the festival but that turned out to not be the case. Regardless, rideshare to Sloan Park was not an issue and there were some late night food options in the area.
