"Room had food and womens hair scrunchies on the floor. Needed a better cleaning and vacuuming. Limited view was air conditioning units!"

"Pros - The property was cleaned and the staff were accommodating and pleasant. I had two terraces with beautiful views. The pool was nicely maintained and plenty of seating. Cons - Couch was a bit old and sank when you sat. The outdoor hot tub is outdated and not working properly in terms of jets and water temp. The pool drinks are very overpriced for size and quality and so is the self park fees of $37 per day. Overall, I would return because the pros outweigh the cons but would love to see some reasonable changes"

"We had a “Gulf view” but it actually overlooked the parking lot and then you could see the gulf. The beach wasn’t a private beach which I now know to look for before booking. Chairs were $50 a day so it was either pay $50 or sit on a towel. The menus at the restaurants were essentially all the same. Aside from that the kids had a great time in the pools and hot tubs and especially loved free ice cream every day"

"Gustavo was a great host. Met us to check in even though we came in at 11pm. Any problem we had he's was quick to respond. While there is not a dishwasher, the place was clean and plenty of hot water. I was able to use the Hot tub every night because temperature was nice in the evening. Look forward to coming down and staying again."
