"My family ended up going to McDonalds for breakfast because the breakfast was gone. We were not happy with our stay. The hotel was very run down. We specifically looked for a hotel that had a hot tub, and when we arrived the hot tub was out of order and had obviously been out of order for a while. The breakfast was scheduled from 7-10 and by 9:15 all the food was gone except for frozen bagels. We were put in the wrong room type and had to go back to the front desk to get the correct room."

"There were stains on the comforter, the was not cleaned, dust on the sink and towels, the floor felt like it was going to buckle in certain spots, the water smelled of strong mildew even after running it for 10 minutes, the iron smelled of burning rubber after it heated up, the ironing board was lopsided. For a place to sleep…it was good, but not for much else."

"To be honest, the staffs are not accommodating. I asked for a receipt they didn't provide it and told me that I can look that up in the application. And then they charged me more, I had to call and settle it with Hotels.com before the Hotel try to do something about it. Very disappointing."

"The staff were excellent! The property was well managed and clean. The Expedia advertisement was not clear about hot tub access, we ended up using the community tub at the resort pool. Found out later that only specific units had their own hot tubs. The other challenge was managing the air conditioning unit. The instructions in the binder were not specific to what we had and it did not function consistently with cold air."
