It is fun to be close enough to downtown that even the younger grandchildren can ride their bikes to the downtown attractions. The property worked well for us with our three adult children. We had a wedding reception at the Surf so the location was great! It comfortably held our 8 person family and the location just couldn't be beat. We were able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere.
