New insulation is in and the main floor is completely sheet rocked, primed and walls/ceilings painted. Our cabinetry for the kitchen is installed and JennAir Rise appliances and countertops in. New sliding door is in!!! The new furniture and decor is going together! This home will come back together very quickly! Carpet and wood floor done in entire house. As of 6/27/23. What a delightful home for a long weekend with our family including grandparents and kids. You are literally feet away from the water. We appreciated the spacious upstairs area for our family of 16\. And the bedroom space was excellent.The downstairs was nice as well, but a little difficult for my 6’2” and 6’6” sons to manage as the ceiling hangs low. Also be aware that this host wants you to wash the bedding and towels before you check out. I completely missed this until the last few hours of our stay. We were rushed to get it done.
