Load and start the dishwasher 

Strip any used beds and gather used towels 

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off mini-split when leaving but leave wall thermostat set at 55\. 

Trash is located behind stairs. Roll trash cans to the curb for collection on Tuesday. 

Close and locks all windows and the door, start dishwasher, place used linens behind entry door in the corner, empty the refrigerator/freezer. 

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

### Rules

No parking in front of the garage door or driveway in front of the garage door. No walking on the grass to the east of the driveway or sidewalk. 

Pet must be pre-approved. No smoking or parties and keep loud noise to a minimum due to close neighbors. Pets must not bark and be kept on a leash. 

Load and start the dishwasher before leaving and place garbage in the dumpster on the east side of the house behind the stairs.

Perfect place for a long weekend getaway! Location was perfect for walking or biking to everything this quaint lakeside town has to offer. Place was great and the hosts do an awesome job of making this VRBO an effortless and very nice experience. Would stay here again for sure.

The loft was exactly as listed. This property was in a great location for walking to the lake, downtown to shopping and many restaurant choices. We visited the Farmers market on Saturday and had a wonderful weekend.

#### Adorable loft and perfect location

This is the cleanest place we've ever stayed. Such a cute loft and the location was perfect for walking to the lake and all the the bars and restaurants. Wish we could have parked in the driveway, especially when the street parking was taken by those attending so the kite festival and Surf ballroom events.
