One lift wasn't operational for the entire stay which was frustrating at peak times. The breakfast buffet was frequently unstocked and what was available was less than impressive. Not sure how you can muck up scrambled eggs! The rooms are very standard, and we didnt have the "basic" room. Not all amenities were restocked daily. "
