Clean, spacious, great location and had plenty of room inside and out. We had a bass boat and trailer with us and there was plenty of room for parking and electric outlets for charging. The yard is well-kept. Enjoyable patio that overlooks the marina, a good space to enjoy your morning beverage while watching the sunrise & its reflection by the water. The fir tree in the yard gives ample shade if you decide to enjoy a good book to read outside or just a nice siesta in the afternoon. Adam carefully thought of things for guests to use to give it more a “home-away-from-home” vibe. Communication is excellent. I would suggest a “black-out” shade/blinds as an option for the windows for those who wanted to sleep in especially in the summer time. Although the outdoor table umbrella was not available at the time we were there, we decided to have our 4th of July barbecue and use the grill later in the afternoon which the cottage gave plenty of shade from the sun. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay and our labradoodle enjoyed it as well (although I got an insurance for the owner’s peace of mind having a dog with us).
