The place was clean and well kept. It was in a great location, close to Main Street shopping. We had a few issues that needed to be addressed by the host, and he responded quickly and was attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was super clean and suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to the Clayton area!

Great location and price!

This was the perfect little spot for a 2 night stay! It was right in downtown Clayton and we could walk to everything on Main Street. The apartment was perfect for our party of 4. We had everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable as well! Very easy check in/check out process. We would definitely stay again!! Thanks!

Overall, it was very convenient and clean. But no clocks provided in the bedrooms, nor was any emergency telephone number provided (didn't need one, but what if we had needed to contact the owner for an emergency???)

Very cute and convenient!

Loved the location! Very easy to get to everything downtown Clayton has to offer. We did notice a scent in the hall/stairway area that made me wonder if a cat box was nearby, and unfortunately when using the towels after showering my partner and I both noticed a whiff of cigarettes. But overall a positive experience. The kitchen was beautiful and we enjoyed our time spent here.

Great Location

This property was spacious and quite attractive and the location was excellent. We were able to walk into downtown Clayton easily. Parking was great, and the large kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals easily. The beds were quite comfortable. The only miss here was the cleanliness. The floors were quite dirty, the toaster oven was greasy and started smoking when we tried to use it, and other surfaces, dishes, furniture, and appliances were not clean. The host was polite and helpful; however it did take a while to hear back when we asked about the toaster.

Great Location, Needs Update

The location of this rental is phenomenal for anyone visiting the northeast GA area. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping in downtown Clayton. Also, a short drive to many great outdoor activities and sights to see. The rental is spacious and has a good layout. Where the quality of the stay lacked was the old and worn out furniture and beds. The couch is well beyond its lifespan and has hardly any cushion/support left. The “mattress” for the pullout bed is basically nonexistent and the whole piece needs to be thrown out. The beds are very uncomfortable and also very worn out. They need to be retired as well. If you have back problems be very wary of sleeping here. With a few easy updates from the owner, this place could be amazing. I would not be able to stay here again in its current condition but with new beds, I’ll be back for sure.
