"The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in.
The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC.
It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant.
Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee.
This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment."
"Very large renovated room with good amenities. Staff was super pleasant, courteous and eager to please. One minor issue was the fridge wasn’t cooling properly but it was promptly fixed."
"The staff are the front desk were pleasant and helpful. However, the hotel is outdated and in desperate need of repair and replacement.
Basic cleanliness was ok at best.
However the overall appearance, stained couch, fluorescent light, yellowed switch plates, rusted metals gave a very rundown appearance and feel.
Way overpriced!"
"Second time staying here. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. They allow pets, so those with bad animal allergies might have symptoms. Staff is always super nice. We will likely stay here again. "
"There was ample parking. The room was clean. However, the water in the shower was a dark gray each time I turned it on. The lower part of the curtain was a filthy shade of brown. There was some mildew or powery looking substance on the back of my room door. The glass of a body length mirrorin the room was broken. On my first night there was someone parked in the back playing loud music from his truck all night. It was a red pickup truck. It was a maroon pickup truck that was still playing music as day light approached on Saturday morning. I was barely able to catch a wink. "
"Property was exactly as pictured, Crystal is very prompt if contacted & very accomdating to questions. If you are looking in ng for some quiet peacefulness yet close to the water, or nearby towns & attractions & travel with your dog this is the perfect spot! My dogs were very content & I had no worries as to if they would be bothered by distractions because there are no distractions, it was a vacation for them as well as cottage is on a quiet street & it was very nice to sit outside wuth them & have them enjoy the tranquility as well. Dishes, cups, coffeemaker & even washer & dryer made it a very nice stay. Gas & groceries are 5 mins away, we enjoyed our stay & I would love to stay in the cottage again. Also just unser q0.mins away we had a delicious dinner at The Waters Edge with a very affordable menu, the next night we enjoyed the grill out back & it was nice to have the convenience of both dining out & in!"
