"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and very inconvenient. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed that the bathroom had urine from previous guests still on it, the floors were dirty, and the shower curtains had mold. To make matters worse, even the pillows had mold on them. Whoever placed the pillowcases on the pillows had to have seen it, which was very concerning. The hotel did move us to another room, but unfortunately the second room also had urine stains/issues in the bathroom. By this point it was around midnight, and as a parent traveling with children, I did not have the time or flexibility to keep moving around or find another hotel, especially when you have already spent your money and are exhausted. I chose this hotel because the ratings appeared to be good, which is why I was shocked by the condition of the rooms. I have children, and one of my children is allergic to mold, making this even more concerning. I understand that things can happen, but management and staff should be doing a much better job inspecting rooms before allowing guests to check in. This experience was unacceptable, and unfortunately I will not stay here again. I strongly encourage future guests to thoroughly inspect their rooms before settling in."
