If I could give the staff more than 5 stars, I would. Especially front desk (and especially especially the gentleman who did my check out). Friendly, personable, helpful, and so, so kind. Great ambassadors for the city!
The location was perfect for my needs (we had to visit the U.S. Passport Office). The room & furnishings were a wee bit tired (furniture battered, rug could use refreshing, shower/tub could use updating), but it was clean, comfortable, and not terribly expensive.
