The only real issue was you could only connect to one devise at a time for WiFi. Room was spotless, staff were very nice

If you looking for a place to stay for an event, this will work. But I would not stay here for more than one or two nights. It is in a good location if your looking to walk to bars or Key Bank arena. The room was small. The pictures make it look more elegant than in person. This is an old building that made into a hotel.
