Very clean, comfortable and tasteful ensuite room decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is also a very nice sitting and dining area shared by a couple of rooms (which we had to ourselves). After a couple of dinners out elsewhere we enjoyed having a simple microwaved meal with a good bottle of red. Then overnight in a comfortable bed, followed by a basic breakfast (cereal & a coffee) and on our way. Suited us perfectly!

Staff listened to concerns but didn’t communicate to others well. Hot water was interesting.

The staff were exceptionally nice. The room was clean. Plenty 9f parking. Breakfast was good. But the evening meals were expensive and not as good as I would expect given how much they cost. We had our last meal there and as I'm a vegetarian, I'm limited anyway. They could not adjust I was told as the meals came ready made - so microwave food for £15 to £20. I ended up getting soup.

The main property was nice but don’t be deceived. There is an outbuilding where we were placed. It was old, carpets dirty, and just not what I expected for the price we paid. The grounds are nice but this is located in the city in a neighborhood. I felt it was misrepresented. That said, their scones were good.
