"It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. "

"Ideal location, close to where I needed to go. The rooms very comfortable and clean. There are a few things I didn't like. First they were doing remodeling so there were boxes and equipment in view on the back area. There is a large crack on the outside stairs in the front and the railing seemed loose and bending outward. Other then that we enjoyed our stay."

"We loved the conveience to the metro, bed was comfy, place was clean. I would have liked to had a more well stocked kitchen, more plates, cups, silverware, hot pads, etc. The kitchen worked out well for no longer that we stayed but if more meals were being made youd have to handwash things in between or while prepping so you could have enough to work with. "Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property.
