Located just 120 yards from the renowned 580-acre all-sports lake, this retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. We have a boat slip for those interested in renting watercraft (Eagle Point Marina is on Clark Lake, while Rob's Rentals on Devil's Lake conveniently delivers.) If you prefer to bring your own boat, a public launch is readily accessible—just give us a heads up so we can make sure everything is set for your arrival. Casa Viva (“Vivid House”) truly embodies its name, providing the perfect setting for your vacation getaway. With its colorful decorations and vibrant artwork, the house radiates warmth and charm, creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests. Step inside to a beautiful dining room featuring high ceilings, a skylight, and French doors that open to the patio. The dining table comfortably seats six, while the breakfast bar adds additional seating for three. The dining room seamlessly connects to a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. For your entertainment needs, there’s a smart TV that connects to your favorite streaming services and complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay. The oversized master suite offers relaxation and comfort, featuring a king-size bed, TV and two cozy sleeper chairs ideal for our younger guests. A generous closet and dresser provide ample storage for your belongings. Our second bedroom is equally inviting, complete with a TV, closet, dresser, and a queen-size bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, and one includes a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. We provide toiletries, mirrors and blow dryers. Great layout, spotless. Nice deck & firepit in yard. Rented a pontoon boat, able to dock at their private dock. Enjoyed fishing & beautiful lake. My partner, brother & I stayed at Rob & Megan's property for a week, visiting family in the area. The cottage is well appointed with kitchen, W/D, outdoor area, etc. It was clean, well-cared for. (Nice artistic touches, courtesy of Megan.) A short walk to the water and short drive to groceries/restaurants in the Jackson area. We had a good stay and would do so again! It was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient to all places we wanted to visit. The owners have put together a very detailed binder with maps, cottage instructions, local restaurants and activities available in the area. Megan, one of the owners, is responsible for the amazing artwork throughout the house. Megan and Rob were very responsive to all questions prior to our stay. Thank you for sharing your house with us. This was our first time at Clarklake and it won’t be our last! The lake and surrounding area are beautiful. It was peaceful and comfortable and just lovely. Our hosts have done an amazing job of the house and properties they own and maintain! The beds were so comfortable, the furniture was as well. I loved the artwork!! Some of it has been made by the owner, Megan. It’s so pretty and there’s one piece I wouldn’t mind owning. We even had a sweet calico cat adopt us- she was so tame and let us pet her and would talk to us. I can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!! ##### Amanda Z.
