Tiny House Living in North Georgia

400 square foot tiny house in a safe and beautiful gated tiny home community. Built 2019. Queen size bedroom on main level, full kitchen, and comfortable living area with TV. Loft has two twin mattresses for kids! Pet friendly for up to two friendly dogs, leash required. Large covered front porch. Community has multiple fire pits, stone picnic tables, and beautiful spring fed creek. Clubhouse has large outdoor fireplace with huge TV on a covered porch. Easy drive to Helen, Tiger, Cornelia, and Clayton. House is just 3 miles from Lake Burton. LaPrades Marina is great with rentals and restaurants: https://lapradesmarina.com/

Provided in home:
— travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion
— Salt, pepper, coffee, filters and a small selection of teas
—cooking oil
—tin foil
— dish soap
— hand soaps in kitchen and bathroom
— paper towels
— toilet paper
—sponges
— laundry detergent on top of the laundry machine

There are towels in the drawer in the bedroom, and extra pillows in the small closet area. The twin beds upstairs each have a warm blanket, and the master bed has a warm blanket and coverlet.

Fun tip, the barstools also work great as end tables for the sofa!

Note: A neighbor gifted me their charcoal grill! It’s in the driveway, but I haven’t set it up yet.

Generac generator will turn itself on within a minute after a power outage! It will keep the basics all running seamlessly: fridge, lights, TV, microwave. You will NOT be able to use the stove or the washer/dryer. The generator will turn itself off when power is restored. You should still have Wi-Fi during the outage unless the actual Kinetic Internet is out.
Note: the generator runs itself every Friday at 3 PM for about five minutes, so don’t worry if you hear it running! It will not interrupt anything in the house during this time.

Cute and cozy
Our family had a nice stay here. Our kids loved the loft bed area. The tiny cabin neighborhood is very cute, just note that each cabin is only a few feet from the other cabins. For wifi access, we found it better to connect to the neighbor's wifi. The un/pw are given by the host which is helpful. (The signal of the cabin interrupts streaming if watching a movie in the living room). Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay!

Great family getaway
Had to travel to the area for a wedding and considered camping but decided to go the tiny house route instead. The house was a perfect home base for a couple of days of cold, rainy hikes and to recover and get ready for a nearby winery wedding. Cozy, but not cramped, easy to get to, and just generally perfect for a family (with kid and dog!) getaway! Host was responsive, helpful, and super easy to work with. Highly recommend!
