"The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!"

"The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside sitting areas - the patio, upstairs balcony, and chairs at the entrance. The sunroom was lovely as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. The location was perfect...walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again."

"My family of 6 stayed at the house to see the eclipse. While the skies of Buffalo did not cooperate as we had hoped, the house provided everything we needed. We would stay here again should we travel back to Buffalo, not that we have much of a choice as our youngest calls the home our “Buffalo house!”"

"We had the best time at This place!! Everything was so beautiful and clean. The house is super with 4 bedrooms. And 3 baths. All the rooms were decorated nicely and the kitchen was very well equipped. The view out the window was unbelievable and you could walk around all the grass in the area. As a bonus, there is the most beautiful barn.I've ever seen on the property! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! kitchen is also very well equipped with everything you need. Five stars...

"We booked both upstairs and downstairs units for two families attending a swim meet. Beautiful home, gleaming hardwood floors, tastefully decorated. The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate."

"We stayed in Buffalo 3 nights while we explored Niagara and Toronto. We traveled with our dog as well. The host was extremely responsive to messages and provided above and beyond amenities, including fans in the bedrooms (we are hot sleepers!), plush towels (not the thin cheap ones), puzzles and games, and coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked which was also helpful with cooking at home. The parking spot is also a perk, as well as on site recycling. We had a great stay!"
