Claremont Village

Our room looked nothing like the photos that were in the photos of the property and room advertised. We got to the King room, the wallpaper was not completed. This wasn’t mentioned to us when we checked in. Found a spider on my clothes. Construction was going on outside our room at 8-9am before checking out, Another thing that was disappointing was the parking situation. Was not explained on the advertisement. Parking is first come first serve based. We were asked to move our vehicle, taking the last open spot in the parking area. The host asked us to move our vehicle because the spot belong to the guy that was behind us. So don’t understand how it’s first come first serve if that spot was initially saved for him. Bit of a bummer to stay, I wouldn’t stay again.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I got bitten by bugs/spider. No hot water in sink had to wait 15 minutes for water to get hot for shower. No ice available. Had to walk to the restaurant on the corner to get ice. I will never stay or recommend or refer this hotel to anyone ever
