Located in a quiet residential area of Clansayes, this charming holiday home offers you an ideal setting for a family or friends' stay. Just 5 minutes from the Golf of Drôme Provençale, you will enjoy a peaceful environment, without overlooking neighbours, in the heart of nature.   
  
This villa of 160 m² rises over two levels:   
  
Ground floor:   
  
\- A vast, bright living space with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room   
  
\- A fully equipped laundry room   
  
\- A night area including a bathroom (bathtub + shower) and a separate toilet:   
  
• Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (160 cm), large storage spaces   
  
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds   
  
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds with direct access to a private terrace   
  
Note: Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. Single beds can be joined to form two King size beds.

•Air-conditioned master suite with a Queen size bed, a bathroom (shower + WC).

The 3,600 m² fully enclosed garden is perfectly designed for relaxation:
