Welcome to a character stone cottage, located in a calm and authentic environment in the heart of Drôme Provençale. Nestled in a co-ownership of 6 accommodations, this 3-star tourist furnished rental, full of charm, is the ideal place for relaxing holidays with family or friends, in the countryside.



The cottage "Le Lavandin" is located in a restored old farmhouse in the midst of lavender fields. It consists of two independent living spaces, combining comfort (bed and toilet linen included) and the charm of the old:

•Main cottage, upstairs: air-conditioned living room/lounge with equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with WC. The lounge also includes a sofa bed for 2 additional people;

•Ground floor studio: one bedroom with bathroom and WC, opening onto the private courtyard.



Exteriors:

•Private courtyard with garden furniture without overlooking

•Wrought iron pergolas for your meals in the shade

•Secure shared swimming pool (11.40 x 5.30 m); open from late May to late September, with beach shaded by parasols

•Natural spectacle: lavender blooming from June to mid-July



This pied-à-terre is perfect for a stay around the truffle or to discover the treasures of southern Drôme. It is located 5 minutes by car from shops and in the immediate vicinity of a 9-hole golf course.

This deposit is in the form of a pre-authorization on your bank card, does not affect your spending limit and expires 20 days after your departure, unless damage is noted.
