This warm apartment, all made of wood and completely renovated will welcome you to Clairvaux les Lacs for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people! Located in a stone house in the center of Clairvaux les Lacs in a very quiet street. Shops 50 m walk away and lake with beach 6 mins walk away. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. • Terrace furnished in a tavern style (table, relaxing deckchairs and barbecue) with a view below over the wooded garden. • Modern kitchen fully equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils, fondue pan, raclette oven, toaster etc… \--> Coffee and tea provided • Room with a view of nature including 2 single beds 90 x 200 which can also be adapted for a double bed 180 x 200. • An ultra comfortable sofa bed in the living room specially chosen for daily sleeping 140 x 190 which folds and unfolds by itself in 2 seconds (new Rapido system) requiring no effort! All the bedding is new. • Bathroom with modern shower and sink (hairdryer at your disposal).
