  • The house "Le Belvédère du Lac" offers 130m² of comfort with a breathtaking view of Lake Grosbois. This historic house has been completely renovated while retaining its authentic charm (exposed beams, terracotta tiles, old stonework, etc.). Nestled away from prying eyes in the commune of Civry-en-Montagne, enjoy a relaxing, cultural, or sporting stay with family or friends. The Accommodation: You will stay in a house full of history and modern comforts. On the ground floor, a living room with a workspace, TV area, and wood-burning stove. Another large room with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Crockery and cooking utensils, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine). Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a shower room and WC. The first bedroom, approximately 30 m², has a double bed and two single beds (90/200). The second bedroom has a double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. You can also enjoy a garden with a Dual exposure for your lunches in the sun or shade. PGJyPg PGJyPg Motorcycle and cycling friends, a motorcycle/bicycle garage can be made available to you.
