"I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return....

"We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. "Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Es gibt so viele tolle Städte, Strände und die wundervolle Landschaft mit all ihren Farben und Gerüchen in der direkten Umgebung zum Haus. In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. "Die Ausstattung war minimal und entsprach z. T. nicht der Beschreibung. Es gab keine Kaffeetassen oder Weingläser und auch keine Liegen für die Terrasse. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Doch der große Pool und das Personal/Animationsteam waren klasse. Wir haben von dort einige Ausflüge gemacht und mehrere (freie) Strände besucht. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einem Teil der Toskana, der noch sehr italienisch ist."
